针对清管阀球体表面硬质合金堆焊及裂纹补焊问题,进行了氩弧焊工艺试验。结果表明,可以在免预热、免热处理的情况下进行HS111的堆焊。对于球体表面钴基硬质合金裂纹的补焊,应采取堆焊过渡层、预热及焊后回火处理等严格的工艺措施。
Aiming at the problems of hard alloy surfacing and crack repairing on ball valve surface of ball valve, a TIG welding process test was carried out. The results show that HS111 can be welded without preheating and without heat treatment. Cobalt-based hard alloy for the ball surface crack repair welding should be taken to build welding transition layer, preheating and post-weld tempering and other stringent process measures.
