脾巨细胞瘤临床少见,脾巨细胞瘤与胰尾部腺癌双原发恶性肿瘤罕见。我们最近遇到一例,报道如下: 患者,女,66岁。1990年5月21日因左上腹部疼痛入院。住院号:411524 该患于1989年3月出现左侧上腹部钝胀疼痛,伴左腰背部酸胀不适,餐后加重,坐位疼痛稍有减轻。在当地医院经B超、腹平行、血尿淀粉酶、血尿常规检查未见异常。对症治疗一周,自觉腹部胀痛减轻。出院后服中药治疗无明显效果。十余天后腹痛又加重。以
