1989年3月18日江苏少年儿童出版社向上海市长宁区人民法院起诉少年儿童出版社侵害了该社江苏《少年文艺》的合法商标权;要求少儿社停止使用《少年文艺》刊名。两个《少年文艺》突然因刊名重复,打起了官司,顿时引起了新闻出版界的关注。少年儿童出版社出版的《少年文艺》月刊是在已故国家名誉主席宋庆龄的直接关怀下,于1953年7月创刊的。宋庆龄为该刊题写了刊名、撰写了发刊词。《少年文艺》是新中国建立后第一本以高小、初中程度少年读者为对象的文艺刊物。“文革”期间被迫停刊。1977年7月正式复刊,被认为是新中国儿童文学代表性刊物之一,在海内外有着广泛的影响。《少年文艺》拥有20万少年读者。少儿社负责人说,从严格意义上讲侵权是(江苏)《少年文艺》而不是上海《少年文艺》。因为江苏少儿社在1979年1月创办(江苏)《少年文艺》,少年儿童出版社曾于1979年2月、3
March 18, 1989 Jiangsu Children’s Publishing House sued Children’s Press of Shanghai Changning District People’s Court for infringing the legal trademark rights of Jiangsu’s “juvenile literature and art” and appealed to the children’s organizations to stop using the title of “juvenile literature and art”. Two “juvenile literature and art” suddenly repeated because of the title, playing a lawsuit, suddenly aroused the concern of the press and publication community. The monthly magazine “Juvenile Literature and Art” published by Juvenile and Children’s Press was first published in July 1953 under the direct care of Soong Ching Ling, honorary chairman of the late country. Soong Ching Ling wrote the title of the journal, wrote the publication of the article. “Youth literature and art” is the first literary publication targeted at young and middle-aged readers of new China after the founding of new China. During the “Cultural Revolution” was forced to stop publication.
