从某种意义上讲,现代远程高等教育和广播电视大学开展的“开放教育试点”也是我国高等教育大众化的产物。然而,基于网络环境的现代远程教育技术背景,国内一流水准的教学内容和现代教育理念,又都自觉不自觉地指向着精英教育。可问题在于,我们多数的学员并不具备精英教育所要求的那种求知欲、自律性和学习能力。在此情况下,笼统地强调“以学生为中心”“、不组班教学”等等,结果很可能事于愿违。我们只有从中国的教育实际,从大多数学习者的实际、从社会需求的实际出发,来确定相应的教学模式、管理模式和运行机制,才能确保“开放教育试点”的成功。当前,应进一步落实教育定位,调整教学内容,强化过程管理,加强实践环节,加快考试改革,注重对学习者的引导。
In a sense, the “Open Education Pilot Project” carried out by modern distance higher education and radio and television universities is also a product of the popularization of higher education in our country. However, based on the technical background of modern distance education based on the network environment, the domestic first-class teaching contents and modern educational concepts are all consciously and unconsciously pointing to elite education. The problem is that most of us do not have the curiosity, self-discipline and learning ability that elite education requires. Under such circumstances, the general emphasis on “student-centered”, “not teaching in groups” and so on, the result is likely to be contrary to expectations. We can only ensure the success of the “pilot of open education” from the reality of education in China, from the reality of most learners, and from the reality of social needs, to determine the corresponding teaching mode, management mode and operating mechanism. At present, we should further implement the orientation of education, readjust the teaching content, strengthen the process management, strengthen the practical links, speed up examination reform, and pay attention to the guidance of learners.
