On September 12, 2015, the 7th Plenary Session of the 3rd Standing Council of China Patriotic Works Consortium (hereinafter referred to as China Love Federation) was held in Beijing. Huayin Lin, Sun Zhiqiang, Bian Limin, head of the advisory team and Zhang Hulin, executive councilor Chen Qunqun, Gao Zengxia and secretary general Li Heping attended the meeting.
