本文就稳定器动态性能指标的测量和计算方法进行了探讨。文中首先分析了目前稳定器所采用的动态性能指标——稳定精度,并针对它存在的某些问题,在稳定精度测量方法的基础上,提出了一种简单而新颍的测量计算方法,并赋于稳定瞄中率(及跟踪率)的新概念,作为稳定器的动态性能指标。同时,扼要地论述了提出稳定瞄中率的依据、测量和计算的方法,以及它的优点。采用本方法后,就能直接了当地表明火炮与目标的相互关系,与我们通常的说法,即火炮相对目标偏离精度的理解相一致。这样将很易为人们所理解和得到正确的实际应用,而且计算又极为简单方便,可节省大量的人力物力和时间,这将为今后测量和计算稳定器动态性能提供一种新的实用而简单的方法。
