员工向我推荐《中国青年》,说“精神家园”栏目正在开展如何做思想政治工作的讨论,我看了几期,颇有感慨,想及去年10月16日,中国青年企业家协会第十次会员代表大会在北京隆重召开,共青团中央书记处第一书记陆昊同志在会上勉励青年企业家们注重学习和锻炼,提高自身素质,促进企业的发展。他的讲话让我认真思索青年企业家的素质与社会责任,继而思考企业该如何成为青年思想、业务成长的摇篮。
Staff recommended to me “Chinese youth”, saying that “Spiritual Home” is conducting discussions on how to do ideological and political work. I read a few issues with quite a few thoughts and wondered on October 16 last year that the China Youth Entrepreneurs Association At the Tenth Congress, a grand meeting was held in Beijing. Comrade Lu Hao, the first secretary of the Central Secretariat of the Communist Youth League, encouraged young entrepreneurs to pay attention to study and exercise, improve their own qualities and promote their development. His speech made me seriously think about the qualities and social responsibilities of young entrepreneurs and then think about how enterprises should become the cradle of young people’s thinking and business growth.
