在刚刚闭幕的十八大上,前国家总书记胡锦涛在大会报告的第一部分就总结了国家过去十年的发展和变化,“我们紧紧抓住和用好我国发展的重要战略机遇期,战胜一系列重大挑战,奋力把中国特色社会主义推进到新的发展阶段。十年来,我们取得一系列新的历史性成就,为全面建成小康社会打下了坚实基础,国家面貌发生新的历史性变化。”在科学发展观的引导下中国食品产业抓住机遇,战胜挑战,实现了中国食品行业由吃得饱,到吃得美味,健康,营养,方便的转换,如今食品已经不只为满足生理需要而存在,已然升级为一种生活,一种享受,更是一种文化的展现。
