报告4岁以下经随机计数呼吸频率及肺部听诊与 X 线拍片诊断为肺炎的120例中,肺部可闻及水泡音者96例,呼吸加快者105例,诊断符合率分别为80%、87.5%。结果表明,呼吸增快与肺部听诊对肺炎的敏感程度相似,呼吸次数达到肺炎诊断标准者比达不到诊断标准者 X 线证实肺部病变为重。因此,观察呼吸频率对小儿肺炎早期诊断、判断病情发展有较高的参考价值,特别对不具备 X 线拍片条件的基层医疗单位临床应用价值更大。
Reported under 4 years of age by random counting of respiratory rate and lung auscultation and X-ray film diagnosis of pneumonia in 120 cases, the lungs can smell and blisters were 96 cases, 105 cases of respiratory acceleration, the diagnostic coincidence rates were 80% 87.5%. The results showed that the higher respiratory rate and pulmonary auscultation were similar to those of pneumonia, and those who reached the diagnostic criteria of pneumonia were more serious than X-ray to confirm the lung disease. Therefore, the observation of respiratory rate of early diagnosis of pneumonia in children to determine the development of the disease have a higher reference value, especially for non-X-ray film conditions of primary care unit clinical application of greater value.
