西沙必利(Cisapride,普瑞博思)是一种新型的胃肠道动力药。使用后可加强并协调胃肠道动力,有效解除消化不良症状。我们观察了使用该药治疗小儿功能性便秘的效果,现总结如下。一、临床资料 (一)病例来源选择1998年1月～1999年6月间住院及门诊小儿功能性便秘患儿41例,其中住院11例,门诊30例;男32例,女9例,年龄6月～9岁,平均5.3岁。排除了各种器质性疾病及药物等引起的便秘。本组病例平时都使用各种缓泻药,未能取得满意疗效。 (二)方法西沙必利0.3mg～0.5mg/kg·d,分
