大庆油田进入特高含水期,剩余油高度分散,纵向上高含水层数增加,潜力层与高含水层交错分布,层间矛盾加剧。目前堵水技术还不能满足油田开发需要,潜力油层无法有效动用,严重影响了油田生产效果,因此研发了分层采油井产液量调控技术,该技术能够满足6个层段[1]以上细分产量控制。通过从油、套管环形空间下入井下测调仪,来调节各级可调配产器内的配产阀开度实现分层产液量控制,对每个层建立合理的流压,以减小层间差异,提高层内动用程度,降低单井含水,缓解层间矛盾,进一步提高水驱采收率。该技术已在大庆油田应用43口井,取得了较好效果。

Through the oil and casing down into the annular space downhole tuner to adjust the deployment of production equipment at all levels with the valve opening to achieve the level of liquid production control, to establish a reasonable pressure for each layer to reduce Differences between the small layers to improve the degree of intra-layer utilization, reduce the single-well water, to alleviate the contradiction between layers and further improve the waterflood recovery. The technology has been applied in 43 wells in Daqing Oilfield, and achieved good results.
