羽毛球运动作为学生最受欢迎的运动项目之一,在提高学生的身体素质方面发挥着重要的作用。如今很多高校学生在学习羽毛球,高校体育教师要依据学生的不同特点,进行针对性的教学模式。其中步法训练能够提高学生专业技能,提高身体素质。因此,教师一般会对学生进行步法训练,以期能够提升教学效率。本文主要从步法训练的作用、步法练习的策略两个方面加以展开。
Badminton, one of the most popular sports activities for students, plays an important role in improving students’ physical fitness. Nowadays, many college students are learning badminton. College PE teachers should conduct targeted teaching modes based on their different characteristics. One step training can improve students’ professional skills, improve physical fitness. Therefore, teachers generally train their students in footwork so as to improve their teaching efficiency. This article mainly starts with the function of the step training and the tactics of the step practice.
