目的 观察麝香开窍颗粒对智力低下小鼠的疗效。方法 选用ICR小鼠 ,分为麝香开窍颗粒高、中、低剂量(4 0 0、2 0 0和 1 0 0g生药 kg)组 ,模型组 ,阳性对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃给药 15d ,进行小鼠跳台、Y型水迷路及冰水游泳实验。结果 (1)在跳台实验中麝香开窍颗粒能使小鼠获得性记忆障碍模型的触电潜伏期延长 ,遭受电击的错误次数减少 ,与模型组比较 ,有显著和极显著差异 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1)。 (2 )麝香开窍颗粒对戊巴比妥所致方向辨别障碍性模型动物有保护作用 ,从训练的第 4d开始 ,高、中剂量组方向辨别的错误次数与模型组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 (3)麝香开窍颗粒能在一定程度上提高机体的应激能力和耐受力 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 麝香开窍颗粒能明显地改善小鼠智力障碍
Objective To observe the effect of Qixiang Kaiqiao Granules on mentally handicapped mice. Methods ICR mice were selected and divided into high-, medium-, and low-dose (400, 200 and 1000 kg kg) groups of Huoxiang Kailuan Granules, model group, positive control group and blank control group. The rats were continuously intragastrically administered for 15 days to carry out the experiment of mouse jumping, Y-type water labyrinth and ice-water swimming. RESULTS: (1) In the step-down experiment, Ruoxiang Kailuan granules could prolong the electroacoustic latency and reduce the number of electroshock errors in the model of acquired memory impairment in mice. Compared with the model group, there were significant and extremely significant differences (P <0 0 5 and P < 0 0 1). (2) Qixiang Kailuan granules have a protective effect on pentobarbital-induced obstructive model animals. From the 4th day of training, the number of misidentifications of high and middle dose groups was significantly different from that of the model group ( P <0 0 5 ). (3) Qixiang Kailuan granules can improve the body’s stress and tolerance to a certain extent (P < 0 05). Conclusion Huoxiang Kaiqiao granules can significantly improve mental retardation in mice
