目的 :探讨高压氧对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 :给 38例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者进行高压氧治疗 ,在 0 .15mpa下行面罩间歇吸氧 ,即吸氧 30min ,换空气 5min ,如此反复 2次 ,总吸氧 6 0min ,每天一次 ,10次为一疗程 ,中间休息 5d ,连续三个疗程 ,并采用体感诱发电位 (SEP)作为诊断和观察神经传导障碍改善的指标 ,治疗前后均作了SEP对照。结果 :经高压氧治疗后糖尿病周围神经病变的症状和体征均有不同程度的改善 ,显示正中神经 ,胫神经各波峰潜伏时均缩短 ,提示神经传导有改善 ,显效 6 8% ,有效 32 % ,总有效率 10 0 %。结论 :高压氧是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的一种安全、有效的措施。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Thirty-eight patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated with hyperbaric oxygen. The mask was oxygenated intermittently at 0. 15mpa for 30min, then the air was changed for 5min. Times for a course of treatment, the rest 5d, for three consecutive courses, and the use of somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) as a diagnostic and observation indicators to improve nerve conduction disorders, before and after treatment were made SEP control. Results: After treatment with hyperbaric oxygen, the symptoms and signs of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were improved to some extent, showing that the peaks of the median nerve and the tibial nerve were both shortened, suggesting that the nerve conduction was improved, with a significant effect of 68% and effective rate of 32% The total effective rate of 10%. Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen is a safe and effective treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
