本文叙述了用常规湿法冶金方法从混合硫化物精矿中提取铜和锌的研究结果。该法包括四个工序:(1)催化硫酸化焙烧;(2)有用金属的水浸;(3)溶剂萃取;(4)选择性反萃取。 本工作特别针对下列几方面进行了研究:(1)有利于生成大量可溶性铜、锌硫酸盐的焙烧条件;(2)用环已烷或煤油作稀释剂的D_2EHPA有机溶剂从浸出液中溶剂萃取铁和锌;(3)提供选择性反萃取分离铜和锌可能性的最佳条件;(4)适用于金属电解的电解液浓缩的可能性。
This paper describes the results of studies on copper and zinc extraction from mixed sulphide concentrates by conventional hydrometallurgical methods. The method includes four processes: (1) catalytic sulfation roasting; (2) flooding of useful metals; (3) solvent extraction; (4) selective stripping. This work is particularly targeted at the following aspects: (1) is conducive to the formation of a large number of soluble copper, zinc sulfate roasting conditions; (2) with cyclohexane or kerosene as a diluent D_2EHPA organic solvent from the leachate solvent extraction of iron And zinc; (3) provide the best conditions for the selective stripping of copper and zinc; and (4) the potential for concentrating the electrolyte for metal electrolysis.
