遗传多样性研究对于作物育种具有重要意义。选择分布于 2 1条小麦染色体上的 5 9对 SSR引物对 4 8个优质冬小麦新品种 (系 )进行了遗传多样性分析。共检测出 2 0 9个等位位点 ,每对引物等位位点数在 2~ 9之间 ,平均为 3.5个。位点多态性信息含量 PIC变幅为 0 .16~ 0 .87,平均 0 .5 6。 8个引物组合在一起可将全部品种区分开来 ,4 8个品种可分为五类 ,分类结果与品种系谱比较吻合。结果表明 SSR分子标记在鉴别品种和品种遗传多样性研究方面具有重要作用。
Genetic diversity research is of great importance to crop breeding. Fifty-nine pairs of SSR primers distributed on 21 wheat chromosomes were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 48 high-quality new winter wheat cultivars (lines). A total of 209 loci were detected. The number of alleles per pair was between 2 and 9, averaging 3.5. The loci polymorphism information content PIC amplitude ranged from 0.16 to 0.87 with an average of 0.56. Eight primers can be used to distinguish all varieties, 48 varieties can be divided into five categories, the classification results are in good agreement with the pedigree. The results showed that SSR molecular markers play an important role in the identification of genetic diversity and variety genetic diversity.
