为了在紧缩行政开支原则下,不使水利事业受到损失,决定自六月一日起,专县水利科一律裁撤,在水利事业较多之专县,得设水利委员会,负责办理水利建设事宜。兹将山西省专县水利委员会组织办法随令附发,并作如下指示:(一)水利科裁撤后,干部仍调水委会工作。如仍感不足,由专县负责遴选有水利经验干部,按干部任免规定报请批准。专区主任应配备县长级干部,县主任应配备县科长级干部。(二)水委会干部均为薪金制,其标准暂定为:每人每月小米一八○斤至二六○斤,公杂旅费等开支,每人每月不得超过小
