目的:观察扶正抗瘤方对S180荷瘤小鼠的辅助抑瘤作用及免疫调节作用。方法:建立小鼠移植S180肉瘤模型,观察扶正抗瘤方400 mg.kg-1ig连续45 d,对荷瘤小鼠瘤重及免疫学指标的影响。结果:扶正抗瘤方组和环磷酰胺(CTX)组肿瘤生长受到抑制,而且二者合用(联合组)时抑瘤效果显著;扶正抗瘤方联合CTX组胸腺指数、脾指数、吞噬指数、足跖肿胀度与模型组比较均有提高,联合组与CTX比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),扶正抗瘤方组和联合组ALT与荷瘤模型组比较均有下降,与CTX组比较亦有下降(P<0.05);二者尿素氮(BUN)与模型组相比有下降趋势;扶正抗瘤方组自然杀伤细胞(NK)细胞活性高于模型组(P<0.05),而联合组则明显高于模型组及CTX组(P<0.01)。结论:扶正抗瘤方联合化疗药物不仅可以抑制肿瘤生长,还可提高小鼠的免疫功能,具有良好的免疫调节作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Fuzheng Kangyao on the anti-tumor effect and immune regulation of S180 tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: A mouse model of S180 sarcoma was established. The Fuzheng Kangya Formula 400 mg.kg-1ig was continuously treated for 45 days to evaluate the tumor weight and immunological parameters of the tumor-bearing mice. Results: The tumor growth of Fuzheng Kangyao group and cyclophosphamide (CTX) group was inhibited, and the antitumor effect was significant when the two were combined (combined group); the thymus index, spleen index, phagocytic index, and Fuzheng Kangyao prescription combined with CTX group. Compared with the model group, the degree of swelling of the athlete’s foot was improved. There was a significant difference between the combined group and CTX (P<0.05, P<0.01). The ALT and the tumor-bearing model group of the Fuzheng Kangyao group and the combined group all had a decrease. Compared with CTX group, there was also a decrease (P<0.05); both urea nitrogen (BUN) had a tendency to decrease compared with the model group; Fuzheng Kangyao group had higher natural killer cell (NK) cell activity than the model group (P<0.05). ), while the combination group was significantly higher than the model group and CTX group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Fuzheng Kangyao prescription combined with chemotherapeutics can not only inhibit the growth of tumors, but also improve the immune function of mice and have a good immune regulation.
