今年8月下旬,新疆农垦总局在石河子市召开了塑膜覆盖植棉经验交流会。参加会议的有自治区农垦系统、区农委、农业厅、农科院、农业院校和部分地、县代表120余人。应邀来疆考察塑膜覆盖植棉的山西农科院棉花研究所副所长陈奇恩同志出席了会议,并作了题为《棉花塑膜地面覆盖栽培的几个问题》的报告。
In late August of this year, Xinjiang Land Reclamation Bureau held a plastic film-covered cotton exchange experience meeting in Shihezi City. There are more than 120 representatives of the autonomous region’s land reclamation system, district agriculture commission, agricultural hall, academy of agricultural sciences, agricultural institutions and some county representatives. Comrade Chen Qi’en, deputy director of the Cotton Research Institute of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, who was invited to visit the plastic film-covered cotton plantations in Xinjiang, attended the meeting and gave a speech titled “Several Problems of Cotton-plastic Film Ground Covering Cultivation.”
