引言半轴是汽车上传递动力的重要零件之一。国内生产大多沿用合金钢,调质处理。在使用中常常发生损坏,其断口大都垂直于轴线。因此,现行调质半轴,不允许表面存在垂直于轴向的横向裂纹。我厂生产解放CA-10、跃进JN-130和嘎斯69三种汽车的后轿半轴。材料为40Cr钢,要求表面硬度为HRC37~47。原工艺流程:锻造→正火→校直→冷加工→调质→校直→酸洗→醇化→冷加工(磨盘)。经长期生产实践证明,处理后工件的回火硬度、金相组织完全符合工艺要求。但是,根据每批原材料质量的不同情况,产生垂直
Introduction Axle shafts are one of the most important parts for transmitting power in cars. Most of the domestic production of alloy steel, quenched and tempered. Damage often occurs in use, the fracture is mostly perpendicular to the axis.
