氮化可以提高另件的硬度、耐磨性、耐疲劳性和耐腐蚀性,与其它热处理方法比较有较大的优越性,因而得到越来越广泛的应用。 这里介绍一种新的氮化方法──电解氮化法。据称,用S35C钢(相当我国35号钢-译注)制的另件,经这种方法处理后,可以代替高速钢、合金工具钢制另件;用这种方法处理普通铸铁可以代替球墨铸铁和可锻铸铁。这种方法的优点是:变形极小;处理时间短;仅相当于渗碳淬火时间的五分之一;成本低;操作安全、简便;无公害。据称,这一技术是作为日本1980年开始的一项较有价值的新技术。
Nitriding can improve the hardness, abrasion resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of the other parts. Compared with other heat treatment methods, nitriding has greater advantages and has been more and more widely used. Here is a new method of nitriding ─ ─ electrolytic nitriding. Allegedly, with S35C steel (equivalent to China’s No. 35 steel - Annotation) made of other pieces, after this approach can be replaced by high-speed steel, alloy tool steel pieces; this method can be used instead of ordinary cast iron ductile iron And malleable iron. The advantages of this method are: minimal deformation; short processing time; only one-fifth of carburizing and quenching time; low cost; safe and easy to operate; pollution-free. Allegedly, this technology is a more valuable new technology that Japan started in 1980.
