我厂从六十年代就开始生产大机床铸件,生产过最重达80T,最长达10米的龙门铣床身铸件,积累了一定的经验和数据,但多年来反挠度的给法仍然没有突破一般的习惯和书本的介绍,只给一次挠度,对铸件的实际变形情况和各工序对挠度的影响,没有做过深入的调查,因而铸件的平直度很不稳定,同一零件采用相同的工艺,平直度有时相差20毫米,不得不采取加大加工量的办法来补偿,常因变形过大而削弱导轨厚度和床身的刚性,直接影响加工和装配的精度,有时只好报废,因此成为急待解决的问题.
