目的研究心脉隆注射液对肺原性心脏病患者肺动脉压力及血浆B型利钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法收集2008年12月至2010年12月在许昌市中心医院住院治疗的肺原性心脏病患者134例,随机分为试验组69例和对照组65例,2组患者均接受抗感染、利尿、平喘等常规治疗,试验组在此基础上加用心脉隆注射液治疗。在治疗前及治疗10d后分别测定患者的肺动脉压力及血浆BNP水平,分析2组患者治疗前后肺动脉压力及血浆BNP的变化。结果肺动脉压力:试验组治疗10d后较治疗前明显降低〔(29.2±3.5)vs(37.1±4.6)mmHg,P<0.05〕,对照组也明显降低〔(33.6±3.9)vs(36.3±4.1)mmHg,P<0.05〕,且试验组治疗后明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。BNP:试验组治疗10d后较治疗前明显降低〔(77.8±29.8)vs(194.4±45.3)ng/L,P<0.05〕,对照组也明显降低〔(97.8±31.3)vs(187.2±41.8)ng/L,P<0.05〕,且试验组治疗后明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论心脉隆注射液可降低肺原性心脏病患者的血浆BNP水平及肺动脉压力,改善心功能。
Objective To study the effect of Xinmailong Injection on pulmonary artery pressure and plasma BNP level in patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 134 patients with pulmonary heart disease who were hospitalized in Xuchang Central Hospital from December 2008 to December 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 69) and control group (n = 65). Both groups received anti-infective and diuretic , Asthma and other conventional treatment, the experimental group on the basis of plus heart pulse injection. Pulmonary artery pressure and plasma BNP levels were measured before treatment and after 10 days of treatment, respectively. Changes of pulmonary artery pressure and plasma BNP before and after treatment were analyzed. Results Pulmonary artery pressure was significantly lower in the control group (33.6 ± 3.9 vs 36.3 ± 4.1, P <0.05) after treatment for 10 days (29.2 ± 3.5 vs 37.1 ± 4.6 mmHg, P <0.05) mmHg, P <0.05〕, and the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P <0.05). BNP: The level of BNP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before the treatment (77.8 ± 29.8 vs 194.4 ± 45.3 ng / L, P <0.05), but also significantly lower in the control group (97.8 ± 31.3 vs 187.2 ± 41.8) ng / L, P <0.05〕, and the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Xinmailong injection can reduce plasma BNP level and pulmonary artery pressure in patients with pulmonary heart disease and improve cardiac function.
