本文报告了一种用氧平炉新型钢水快速定碳法。它使炉前化学定碳时间从10~14分钟缩短到30秒钟。经451次炉前对比应用表明:碳在0~0.20%范围,误差±0.20~%C,合格率是95.1%;碳在0.21~0.50%范围,误差±0.03%C,合格率是96.7%;碳在0.51~1.00%范围,误差±0.04%C,合格率是96.4%,碳在1.01~2.00%范围,误差±0.05%C,合格率是96.7%;碳在2.01~2.61%范围,误差±0.06%C,合格率是94.5%。它适用于普碳钢和普通低合金钢,对提高钢产量和质量有较大的意义。本文第一部分着重介绍了用回归分析和数理统计方法对计算公式和误差分布规律的研究,提出了四公式定碳法、典型结晶定碳曲线图谱和钢水结晶温度判断准则。研制了新型微型定碳头、钢水结晶样杯和用氧平炉结晶定碳仪,探讨了影响因素和进行了条件试验。第二部分介绍了本法在500吨用氧平炉配合生产的情况。文未附有对比应用数据、现场表演结果和技术鉴定会议鉴定意见。
This paper reports a new oxygen-flattening furnace for rapid carbon determination. It shortens the pre-furnace chemical carbon time from 10 to 14 minutes to 30 seconds. The 451 blast furnace applications show that: the carbon is in the range of 0-0.20%, the error is ± 0.20% C, the pass rate is 95.1%, the carbon is in the range of 0.21-0.50%, the error is ± 0.03% C, the pass rate is 96.7% The error is ± 0.04% C, the pass rate is 96.4%, the carbon is 1.01 ~ 2.00%, the error is ± 0.05% C, the pass rate is 96.7%, the carbon is in the range of 2.01 ~ 2.61%, the error is ± 0.06% C, the passing rate is 94.5%. It is suitable for ordinary carbon steel and ordinary low alloy steel, to improve the steel production and quality of great significance. The first part of this paper focuses on the study of the calculation formulas and error distribution rules with regression analysis and mathematical statistics. The four-formula carbon determination method, the typical crystal fixed carbon curve and the determination criteria of molten steel crystallization temperature are put forward. Developed a new type of micro-fixed carbon head, cup of molten steel and cupola oxygen crystallizer carbonation, discussed the influencing factors and conditions were tested. The second part introduces the production of 500 tons of oxygen furnace with this method. Text is not accompanied by comparative application data, live performance results and technical appraisal meeting appraisal opinion.
