传统的组合式冷挤压凹模都是应用拉美公式来进行强度分析的,结果与实际情况有很大的差异。本文以轴承环冷挤压凹模为对象,着重研究了:1、缠绕过程的效率问题;2、挤压过程中的最大工作内压、轴向载荷和摩擦系数;3、预紧和工作状态下凹模的应力分布和强度。本文通过实验方法确定了比较符合实际情况的边界条件,并应用有限元方法计算出凹模内的实际应力分布,为冷挤压凹模的强度分析和合理设计提供了重要的依据。经过几种型号轴承外环实际生产的初步考验,凹模平均寿命提高1~2倍,也证实了研究结果的可靠性。
The traditional combined cold extrusion die is the Latin American formula for strength analysis, the results and the actual situation is very different. In this paper, the cold extrusion die for the bearing ring as the object, focusing on: 1, the efficiency of the winding process; 2, the maximum working pressure during extrusion, axial load and friction coefficient; 3, preload and working conditions Stress distribution and strength of the die. In this paper, we determine the boundary conditions more realistic by experimental methods and calculate the actual stress distribution in the die by finite element method, which provides an important basis for the strength analysis and rational design of cold extrusion die. After several types of bearing outer ring of the actual production of the initial test, the average life of the die increased by 1 to 2 times, also confirmed the reliability of the study results.
