来到德国曼海姆以后,因为不想中断坚持了好几年的健身,我立即着手寻找一家新的健身中心。有一次骑车去博物馆,蓦地发现博物馆对面有一幢非常显眼的现代化全玻璃钢建筑,周围绿树环绕,环境幽雅。从外面就可以看到明亮的大厅里有三三两两的人在各种健身器材上做着动作,旁边站着教练模样的人在指导,大厅另一边有一些女士在一位年轻女教练的带领下做着器械或徒手健美操。我心里顿时一喜——真是得来全不费功夫!
