Each headmaster agrees with the important value and significance of class evaluation in the principal’s work. However, the situation in each school is different. How can the principal explore the characteristics of the school and the effective method of classifying and commenting? How does the principal’s connotation and value of class appraisal exceed the form of class assessment? For this reason, the editorial department of the journal organizes a forum for the theme of “Principal attendance and evaluation”, and invites 14 school principals from different districts and counties to discuss together. At the symposium, Suhommlinski said, “An experienced principal, the central issue he paid attention to and focused on is that classroom teaching” has become the most quoted phrase by the principals. This also formed the discussion. A discussion basis for the meeting. In addition to sharing their practical experience in class assessment, the principals also provided a unique perspective on the principal’s evaluation of classes in different perspectives and levels.
