建设社会主义新农村,是全力推进农村基层党组织建设进程中的一项重大课题。农村党组织作为农村基层组织和各项工作的领导核心,是党联系农民群众的纽带,是推进社会主义新农村建设的核心力量。因此,充分激活农村党组织功能,突出农村党员的示范带动,已成为建设新农村的根本举措。
Building a new socialist countryside is an important issue in our efforts to push forward the process of building grassroots party organizations in rural areas. As the core of grass-roots rural organizations and the core of all work, rural party organizations are the ties between the party and the peasants and the core force for promoting the building of a new socialist countryside. Therefore, fully activating the function of rural party organizations and highlighting the demonstration drive of rural party members have become the fundamental measures for building new rural areas.
