近日,记者在商务部获悉,国家商务部拟定的《机动车强制报废标准规定》(征求意见稿)开始向社会公开征求意见。与现行标准相比,“征求意见稿”核心部分就是取消了非营运小型、微型乘用车以及专项作业车的报废年限规定,对其他车型的报废年限都适当进行了延长,同时强化了车辆的技术状态及安全、环保指标。汽车业界专家均认为,新的机动车报废标准更加合理,这些举措如果顺利实施将意味着汽车强制报废标准将有重太变革,对旧车市场也将产生较大影响。
