为了钎焊不锈钢,广泛地采用各种银基钎料。例如不锈钢蒸汽涡轮叶片与拉筋的连接,常使用料303(ПСр45)银钎料来进行钎焊,但其工作温度一般不能超过300℃。在大型的高温、高压、蒸汽透平中,欲提高热效率,必须提高气体的工作温度和气体压力,这就要求提高银钎料的工作温度。遵循伟大领袖毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的教导,为了配合试制大型汽轮机的需要,我们对几种银基钎料(表1)的耐热性作了一些试验,在 Ag—Cu—Zn 及 Ag—Cu系中加进 Mn 及 Ni 进行固溶强化,提出了工作温度425℃的耐热银钎料。
