对国家干预的批判,可以通过考察这种干预对经济运行的实际影响来加以估证或否定,因此属于科学研究的范畴,而不应被用来作为不同政治派别之间相互斗争的工具。然而,这种批判日前正被新自由主义学派用来为他们鼓吹的必须削弱国家的社会作用的政治观点服务。我们认为,这种观点是错误的,因为它是以对国家干预和市场机制的不完整认识为基础的。实际上,在国家干预或市场机制这两者之间,并不必然地存在矛盾,在更多的情况下,它们对于社会经济生活的组织是相互补充的。
Criticism of State intervention can be assessed or denied by examining the actual impact of such interventions on economic performance and should therefore fall under the category of scientific research and should not be used as a tool to fight each other between different political factions. However, this criticism has recently been used by neoliberal schools for their advocated political views that must weaken the social role of the nation. We believe that this view is wrong because it is based on an incomplete understanding of state intervention and market mechanisms. In fact, there is not necessarily a contradiction between the two countries in terms of state intervention or market mechanism, and in more cases they are complementary to the organization of socio-economic life.
