自1991年以来,我们对沂蒙山区30名百岁以上长寿人进行了T_3、T_4、TSH RIA,现将结果报告如下。资料和方法一、资料: (一)对照组:选择经查体无心、肝、肺、肾、甲状腺疾病的健康成人40例,男性20例,年龄18～48岁,平均年龄29.1岁;女性20例,年龄18～45岁,平均年龄35.3岁。 (二)观察组:选择沂蒙山区百岁以上健康老人30例,男性13例,年龄100～111岁,平均年龄102.4岁,女性17例,年龄100～111岁,平均年龄103.65岁。二、方法:T_3、T_4放射免疫药盒由中国原子能科学院同位素所提供,TSH放射免疫药盒由天津利科生物科技有限公司提供。测定步骤严格按操作说明书进行。结果 30例百岁以上老人T_3、T_4、TSH RIA结果见表1。
Since 1991, we conducted T_3, T_4 and TSH RIA on 30 longevity people over 100 in Yimeng Mountain, and the results are reported as follows. Materials and Methods (1) Data: (1) Control group: Forty healthy adults, liver, lung, kidney and thyroid disease were selected from 40 healthy adults, 20 males, aged from 18 to 48 years, with an average age of 29.1 years and 20 Cases, aged 18 to 45 years old, with an average age of 35.3 years old. (B) Observation group: Thirty healthy males over 100 years old were selected in Yimeng Mountain, including 13 males, aged from 100 to 111 years, with an average age of 102.4 years and 17 females, aged from 100 to 111 years with an average age of 103.65 years. Second, methods: T_3, T_4 radioimmunoassay kit provided by the Chinese Academy of Atomic Energy isotopes, TSH radioimmunoassay kit from Tianjin Li Ke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to provide. Determination steps in strict accordance with operating instructions. Results The results of T_3, T_4 and TSH RIA of 30 elderly people over 100 were shown in Table 1.
