高职院校学生教育管控是否依法进行,攸关依法治理部署是不是可以在高职教育行业深度开展,攸关依法教学、依法办学的政策能否全面实现,攸关学生权利能否得到维护。笔者对学生维权视角下的高职院校学生管理的必要性、应对举措等实施了简要的分析,为教育工作者提供一定的参考。
Whether the management and control of student education in higher vocational colleges is conducted in accordance with the law or not depends on whether the deployment according to law can be carried out in depth in higher vocational education, whether the teaching according to law can be fully implemented and whether the rights of students can be protected. The author carries out a brief analysis on the necessity of students’ management under the perspective of student rights protection and the measures to be taken in response to these problems and provides some reference for educators.
