能力素质是人们的一种潜在的特质,人们在工作、生活中所表现出来的绩效或绩效行为和能力素质有着明显的因果关系。简而言之,其实就是其能够预测出人们在特定环境下和特定时间内所形成的行为习惯和思维方式。本文以高职生就业能力培养方面的要求为参考依据,从确定指标权重、确定评价对象、明确评价人员和方式三个角度入手,对能力素质模型在高职生创业能力评价中的建立进行了初步探讨。
