中职学生管理是中职学校的一项重中之重的工作,管理工作的重要性决定了中职班主任的重要性,班主任专业能力建设就决定了中职学生管理质量。下面笔者就多年的中职班主任工作经验来谈谈中职学校班主任专业能力建设。
