人际交往是人类生存的前提和基础,是个性品质形成和发展的前提和基础。而交往必然要发生具体的人际关系,因此,很有必要了解学生的人际关系状况。我们在对北京市重点高中1143名学生进行的思想状况调查中,涉及了人际关系问题;为了较全面地了解高中学生的人际关系状况,又在延庆中学200名高中生中做了补充调查。现分析归纳如下。 一、高中学生人际关系的价值取向 通常的人际关系,不是单纯的奉献,也不是单纯的索取,而是一种模糊的互惠关系。人们在交往中,不一定精心计算得失,但随时体验着人际关系的满意程度。一般来说,可
Interpersonal communication is the precondition and foundation of human existence, and is the precondition and foundation of the formation and development of personality. The interaction is bound to occur specific interpersonal relationships, therefore, it is necessary to understand the student’s interpersonal relationships. In our survey of 1143 students in key high schools in Beijing, we investigated the relationship between them. In order to have a complete understanding of the interpersonal relationships among high school students, we conducted a supplementary survey among 200 high school students in Yanqing Middle School.
