目的研究北京市西城区某街道社区居民进行消毒及卫生知识态度行为干预的效果,为制定有效的社区传染病防控措施提供参考依据。方法采用便利取样法在北京市西城区某街道社区卫生服务中心管理的辖区居民中选取171户家庭进行消毒及相关卫生知识、态度和行为调查,采取有效的干预措施并对干预效果进行综合评价。结果有针对性地对居民进行有效干预后居民的卫生知识及格率和卫生行为合格率都有明显提高。结论对居民进行消毒及卫生知识态度行为进行干预能有效预防疾病的发生,利于居民的健康。
Objective To study the effect of intervention on disinfection and health knowledge, attitude and behavior among community residents in a street in Xicheng District of Beijing to provide reference for the establishment of effective prevention and control measures of community infectious diseases. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 171 households from among the residents managed by a street community health service center in Xicheng District of Beijing to carry out a survey on knowledge, attitude and behavior of disinfection and related health, and take effective intervention measures to evaluate the effect of intervention comprehensively. Results Residents’ effective rate of health knowledge and the passing rate of health behaviors have been significantly improved after the targeted intervention. Conclusions Intervention on disinfection and hygiene knowledge and attitude of residents can effectively prevent the occurrence of diseases and benefit the residents’ health.
