我们车间的B_1—135型鈑金下料数控铣床(见图1),自一九七六年五月安装调试后正式投产以来,运转正常,性能稳定,已加工零件10多项,编程30多项,效果良好,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,减少了工装,提高了工效。这台机床能铣大型铝合金蒙皮零件的轮廓和内孔,对小型零件也能成组套材铣切,凡原在回臂铣床和鈑金铣床上加工的零件,除宽度小于150毫米的窄条外,不论外形多复杂,只要能准确定出尺寸,均可铣切。一、机床规格加工鈑料最大尺寸 7000×1500×12毫米主轴法兰盘端面到工作台距离 220毫米主轴中心线到龙门架导轨面距离 310毫米主轴前轴承颈直径φ40×φ56毫米主轴转速 12000转/分
