《数控加工与编程技术》是应用型本科大学机械设计与制造等相关专业的重要课程,课程特点是实践性很强。如何培养满足企业需求的高技能数控人才是关键。本文通过改革教学方法,采用项目教学法分模块介绍与企业直接接轨的不同类型的数控加工过程。针对高校数控设备不足的条件,引进数控加工仿真教学针对不同层次的学生分类进行仿真教学,为应用型本科院校的数控加工与编程技术的教学改革提供参考。
“CNC Machining and Programming Technology” is an important course in related fields such as mechanical design and manufacture of Applied Undergraduate University. The course features are practical. How to cultivate high-skilled CNC talent to meet the needs of enterprises is the key. This article through the reform of teaching methods, project teaching method using sub-module introduced directly with the business of different types of CNC machining process. According to the condition of insufficient numerical control equipment in colleges and universities, the introduction of CNC machining simulation teaching for different levels of student classification simulation teaching, application-oriented colleges and universities NC machining and programming technology teaching reform to provide a reference.
