目的:建立测定山银花、金银花中非法掺入钠盐的检验方法。方法:原子吸收分光光度法,火焰类型:空气/乙炔;钠空心阴极灯,钠检测波长:589.00nm;乙炔气流量:1.6L·min~(-1);空气流量:13.5~15.OL·min~(-1);狭缝:0.4nm。结果:钠在0.1154~1.154μg·ml~(-1)范围内,具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9994。结果表明钠盐平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.98%。结论:原子吸收分光光度法测定山银花、金银花中钠盐的含量,方法简单、快速、准确、重复性好。
Objective: To establish a test method for the determination of illegal incorporation of sodium salts in honeysuckle and honeysuckle. Method: Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, Flame Type: Air/Acetylene; Sodium Hollow Cathode Lamp, Sodium Detection Wavelength: 589.00 nm; Acetylene Gas Flow: 1.6 L·min~(-1); Air Flow: 13.5~15.OL· Min~(-1); slit: 0.4 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between sodium in the range of 0.1154-1.154 μg·ml -1 and r = 0.9994. The results showed that the average recovery of sodium salt was 98.68% and the RSD was 0.98%. Conclusion: The method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of sodium salt in honeysuckle and honeysuckle is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
