对于足球职业化问题,亚洲务中极为重视并在积极探索出路。新加坡在追从职业化足球的道路上,采取的半职业化方式与马来西亚等国有所不同,该国无职业球员。而半职业概念来源于队员具有双重职业身份,他们在工作单位上班领取工资,同时在俱乐部踢球领取又一份颇为可观的报酬。目前,新加坡A级八个队属于这类半职业行列。基于国情不同,新加坡的足球职业化方针是逐步建职业队。现在半职业队的训练时间有了保证,队员的训练积极性也比以前大大提高。而这就为提高国内足球水平注入了新的活力。随着运动水平改善和球队的经济条件好转,职业化足球将会在新加坡有更好的发展。
As for the professionalization of football, Asia Services attaches great importance to and actively explore ways. Singapore’s semi-professional approach to pursuing professional football differs from that of Malaysia, where there are no professional players. The concept of semi-professional comes from the team members have dual professional status, they work in the workplace to receive wages, while playing in the club to receive another considerable reward. At present, Singapore’s A-level eight teams belong to this semi-professional ranks. Based on the different national conditions, Singapore’s football professionalization policy is to gradually build a professional team. Now semi-professional team training time has been guaranteed, team members training enthusiasm greatly improved than before. And this has injected new vitality into the domestic football. As sportsmanship improves and the economic conditions of the team improve, professional football will have a better development in Singapore.
