河北省正定县联合食用所和省科学院微生物所为适应国际市场的需要,于1987年秋开始从黄白色金针菇株丛中发现白色菇体,经过组织分离得到纯菌丝体。经几年选育试验,培育出一个整体为纯白色的新品种88—1,它性能稳定,生长快、产量高。
In order to meet the needs of the international market, the Institute of Microbiology, Zhengding County, Hebei Province, and the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of Hebei Province discovered the white mushroom body from the yellow-white Flammulina velutipes in the autumn of 1987 and obtained pure mycelia through tissue separation. After several years of breeding tests, to cultivate a whole as a pure white new variety 88-1, it has stable performance, fast growth and high yield.
