岚芹是我市的名优特产,至今已有120多年的栽培历史。其特点是植株高大,平均株高80厘米左右,最高1米以上,叶柄空心,色黄绿,脆嫩无渣,产量高,品质好,较耐高温,是我市芹菜的主栽品种,一般亩产6000～7000公斤,最高产量达7500公斤以上。1986年11月,经省内部分同行专家、教授鉴定,得到了承认与好评。近几年栽培试验证明,凤芹采用改良阳畦延迟栽培法,不仅能够保证元旦至春节前后连续供应新鲜的优质岚芹上市,而且能够增加产量,提高经济效益,促进叶柄更加脆嫩、色白、价高、畅销。栽培措施是:
