今年无月十九日温家宝副总理在经贸委报送的“有色金属面临资源危机,加强矿山地质工作任务紧迫”一文中,作了重要批示“加强有色金属矿山地质探矿、处长矿山寿命,既是当前的一项紧迫工作,也是一项长期的战略任务,开展有色金属矿山新一轮的找矿,必须制定总体规划,把握市场需求,确定工作重点;必须注意综合研究,设计和评价,尽量采用新技术、新方法,必须科学论证,讲求经济效益;必须充分发挥现有地质队伍的作用,继续推进地质工作管理体制改革。此事请经贸委会同国土资源部研究”。这一批示指明了有色金属矿山新一轮找矿的重要意义,提出了开展新一轮找矿工作的具体要求。现将康义会长在有关会议上的重要讲话摘要刊发,供大家学习参考。
