我国小学教师培养始于清末,在民国时期和建国初期都有较大发展,二十世纪八十年代初开始重建,到二十一世纪基本建立了小学教师教育制度。随着基础教育改革开展,我们需要一支高素质、高质量的小学教师队伍,研究我国小学教师教育制度的演变历程,有利于今后建立和完善我国小学教师教育制度。
The training of primary school teachers in our country started at the end of the Qing Dynasty and developed greatly during the period of Republic of China and early Republican China. The reconstruction started in the early 1980s and the elementary teacher education system was basically established in the 21st century. With the reform and development of basic education, we need a contingent of high-quality and high-quality primary school teachers to study the evolution of the primary school teacher education system in our country and help establish and improve our primary school teacher education system in the future.
