文化作为一个国家综合国力和软实力的重要体现,其可持续发展的能力来自于“文化自觉”的内在驱动力。审视近代以来中华文化与中国社会变迁的脉络轨迹,中国“文化自觉”之路之所以充满着困扰与焦虑,这与传统农耕文化的固化与阻力、近代以来文化的闭关与自觉意识的缺失、“左”的思潮和“全盘西化”的干扰、民族文化建设缺乏自我反省的延误、文化价值多元化的冲击等特殊历史背景和境遇无不关联。厘清与反思这一历史脉络,既是现时代发展和繁荣社会主义先进文化的需要,也是提升我国文化软实力的基本前提和时代诉求。
As an important manifestation of the comprehensive national strength and soft power of a country, its ability of sustainable development comes from the inherent driving force of “cultural consciousness.” Examining the traces of the Chinese culture and the social changes in China since modern times, the road to Chinese “Cultural Consciousness ” is full of distress and anxiety. This is in line with the solidification and resistance of the traditional farming culture, the lack of cultural self-awareness and self-awareness in modern times , “Left” and “Westernization”, the lack of delay in self-examination of national culture, the impact of diversified cultural values and other special historical background and circumstances are all related. To clarify and reflect on this historical context is both the need of developing and prospering the advanced socialist culture in the present era as well as the basic premise and the appeal of the times to enhance our country’s cultural soft power.
