High-speed passenger car technology has developed rapidly, but there are still many technical problems to be solved, the windshield is one of the rupture. In this paper, the mechanism of windscreen rupture is analyzed respectively from two aspects of fluid dynamics and structural dynamics, and the improvement scheme
