清华大学中国经济研究中心副主任宁向东，最近提出一个崭新观念──国家竞争优势。宁教授认为，仅仅依靠“比较优势”的概念和思考问题的方式是不能把握今天“新经济”时代基本经济特征、并制定有效的国家战略。我们需要用新的“国家竞争优势”的理论来重新规划我们的经济战略
Ning Xiangdong, deputy director of the China Center for Economic Research at Tsinghua University, recently put forward a brand-new concept - the national competitive advantage. Professor Ning believes that the mere reliance on the concept of “comparative advantage” and the way of thinking about it can not grasp the basic economic characteristics of today’s “new economy” and formulate effective national strategies. We need to re-engineer our economic strategy with the new theory of “national competitive advantage.”
