草菇在我国已有二百多年的栽培历史。但主要是在热带的广东、广西、福建等省生产。北京地区的气候条件是否适于栽培草菇,没有可靠资料说明。为了满足首都市埸对高蛋白质含量的草菇的需求,近年来我们在北京地区试种和推广了草菇,取得了初步结果。
Straw mushroom in our country has more than 200 years of cultivation history. But mainly in tropical Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and other provinces production. Whether the climatic conditions in Beijing are suitable for growing mushrooms, there is no reliable data. In order to meet the demand of high-protein straw mushrooms in the capital city, we have tried and popularized straw mushrooms in Beijing in recent years and achieved preliminary results.
