本文观察了乙酰胆碱(ACh)对大鼠脑内5-羟色胺(5-HT)代谢的影响。发现:胆碱酯酶抑制剂毒扁豆碱和ACh合成阻断剂密胆碱(HC_(-3))不仅可分别升高或降低脑内ACh的水平,而且可分别升高或降低脑内5-HT及其代谢产物5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的水平。认为ACh对脑内5-HT的代谢发生明显的影响。
In this paper, the effects of acetylcholine (ACh) on the serotonin (5-HT) metabolism in rat brain were observed. It was found that cholinesterase inhibitor physostigmine and ACh, an antagonist of acylcholine (HC_ (-3)), not only increased or decreased the levels of ACh in the brain, but also increased or decreased the levels of ACh -HT and its metabolite 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) levels. ACh is thought to have a significant effect on 5-HT metabolism in the brain.
